It takes about 4 hours to reach Ghandruk village from Pokhara. The jeep drive distance is about 55km.  The road till Nayapul is blacktopped and from there to village is gravel one. However, the drive to Ghandruk village is very interesting and wonderful one.

Ghandruk Village is one of the beautiful village in Annapurna range and popular for trekking and hiking among the domestic and international tourist. The village is located at an altitude of 2012m above the sea level.

The village is inhabited by Gurung community. The unique style of houses and cheerful and friendly people are other special features of this village.
