Please read the Terms and Conditions of Trip Pokhara Pvt. Ltd. carefully before booking your trip. Trekking, tours, and adventure activities involve certain risks, including altitude sickness, injuries, and unforeseen circumstances. While we prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of our travelers, natural factors and unpredictable events may be beyond our control. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Terms and Conditions

Company Authority

All trip bookings are managed by Trip Pokhara Pvt. Ltd., a legally registered adventure company based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Definition of "Trip"

The term "trip" includes trekking, sightseeing, cultural tours, adventure expeditions, and holiday packages operated by Trip Pokhara Pvt. Ltd.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Our package cost includes services as mentioned in the itinerary. Some packages exclude personal expenses such as:

Travel insurance, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation.
Visa fees, passport charges, and transit expenses.
Extra meals, beverages, personal entertainment, additional accommodation, and transportation beyond the itinerary.
Extra baggage charges and gratuities.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

A 20% deposit of the total trip cost is required for confirmation.
Payments can be made via credit card or wire transfer. Bank service fees (up to 4%) are the responsibility of the client.
The remaining balance must be paid before trip departure at our office or your hotel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler:

Free cancellation if requested 90 days prior to departure, with valid written justification.
60 days prior: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
30 days prior: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
15 days prior: No refund on the 20% booking deposit.
After departure: No refund for voluntary trip cancellation.

Cancellation by Company:

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or lack of minimum participants. In such cases, we will offer an alternative trip or refund after deducting operating costs.

Trip Amendments:

Date changes can be requested at least 90 days prior to departure.
Date changes within 60 days of departure will incur a $50 per person amendment fee.
Additional costs may apply if market rates increase for the revised trip date.

Risk, Liabilities & Responsibilities

Insurance Requirement:
- Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, air ambulance, helicopter evacuation, and trip cancellation is mandatory for all participants.
Traveler Fitness & Responsibility:

Participants must be in good health and prepared for the physical demands of the trip.
Medical clearance may be required before confirming the trip.

Unpredictable Circumstances:

Factors such as political unrest, flight delays, weather disruptions, or natural disasters may lead to changes in itinerary, transportation, or accommodation. Any additional costs due to such changes must be borne by the traveler.

Code of Conduct:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant displaying misconduct, violating local laws, or endangering others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Third-Party Liability:

We work with third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport services) but are not liable for their actions, delays, or service failures.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. No employee, agent, or representative has the authority to alter these conditions without official approval.
