Upper Seti River Rafting Trp Pokhara

Overview

Following from Mount Fishtail, this fantastic little river is a hidden gem. Just half an hour from Lakeside you can enjoy 90 minutes of excellent whitewater with an almost continuous run of grade 3 and 4 rapids. This half day trip is perfect for anyone wanting some instant white-water action.

Departs from: Trip Pokhara , Office, Lakeside, Pokhara.
Departure Time: 9am & 1pm
Put In: Upper Seti Bamboo Bridge (approx 1/2 hr by bus from Lakeside, Pokhara)
Take Out: Upper Seti Dam (20mins to Lakeside, Pokhara)
Returns to: Trip Pokhara , Office, Lakeside, Pokhara (see map here)
Return Time: 1pm & 5pm
Baggage: None needed – its only a half day trip!!

Useful Information

Departs from our office in Lakeside, Pokhara at 9am or 1pm and drive to our put in point on the Upper Seti River.We start with a safety demonstration and instruction on different paddling techniques and then we set off to take on the exciting rapids of the Upper Seti.

After our journey downriver we enjoy a picnic beside the river before returning to Pokhara by 1pm or 5pm.All members of the Guide Team are trained to international standards in Safety and First Aid and hold current Wilderness First Aid, CPR and WRT qualifications!
